I asked Perplexity AI what Yale could do to help the people in Gaza. This is what we can do:

Support Humanitarian and Educational Efforts

The university could provide tangible support for those affected by the conflict:

  • Offer scholarships or exchange programs for Palestinian students, particularly those from Gaza whose educational opportunities have been severely impacted.
  • Contribute resources and expertise to help rebuild Gaza’s destroyed higher education infrastructure once the conflict ends.
  • Facilitate academic partnerships with Palestinian universities to support their recovery and development.

There are NO more Palestinian Universities in GAZA! And very soon, there will only be DEAD Palestinians in Gaza.

Israel is slaughtering the Palestinians, bombing the Palestinians or starving them by withholding humanitarian aid.  President Biden has told the Israelis that they have 30 days to provide humanitarian assistance or the flow of munitions will be stopped.

Netanyahu’s response in 30 days: There is no need for humanitarian aid; the Palestinians are all dead! America is letting Genocide happen in real time, and not only are we letting it happen, but we are also providing the weapons to make it happen.

The same folks who run the day-to-day at Columbia.blog are your hosts for Yale.blog  Next week, Princeton.blog soon after UC Berkeley.blog Stanford.blog is getting a tune-up.  The goal is to bring all of you students together and show the ruling class that much-needed changes are needed.

Important Note: Yale.blog is not affiliated with Yale University. Our team is based in Silicon Valley, and we are deeply disturbed by the ongoing violence and devastation in Gaza. What we are witnessing is horrific—cold-blooded killings, ethnic cleansing, and atrocities unfolding in real time. These are not just tragic events; they are genocide, echoing the horrors of the Holocaust. Sadly, children are being murdered, and the world seems to look away.

This blog is committed to sharing real-time, factual education. If Yale University felt that Yale.blog was necessary, they would have claimed it. Instead, this platform—along with others like Columbia.blog, Princeton.blog, and Stanford.blog—is owned by individuals in Northern California who are enraged by the ongoing violence in Gaza, and now Lebanon.

The history of Israel, along with its ongoing policies, has generated significant resistance, much of it fueled by the systemic racism and oppression that many perceive as apartheid. Every day, innocent lives are lost in Gaza and Lebanon. Let that sink in: children, men, women—entire families—are being killed. And in many ways, U.S. support for Israel is contributing to this loss of life.

We believe it is important to continue educating, sharing facts, and raising awareness about these ongoing human rights violations.
